Training Philosophy
Leading an active life style is the fundamental philosophical approach belonging to KinMotion. We believe this is accomplished by educating and training team members and clients on 3 important pillars of health; Fitness, Nutrition, and Lifestyle. Different populations and groups have different demands and KinMotion makes it its responsibility to build corresponding health and fitness programs around them.
The model KinMotion utilizes for health and fitness success is quite simple: Assess, Coach, Re-Assess and maintain positive lifestyle/performance modifications. Multiple approaches can be used to accomplish this task and catered to any length of program be it a 4 week intervention or an ongoing basis, as the case for many competitive/performance athletes. We believe that if you are not doing a proper assessment, you are just guesstimating your workouts, at best, and ultimately, wasting your time and risking injury.
